1.The facilities were not good and even the washrooms were not clean. 2.AC and the landline was not working properly because of which I couldn't contact the reception for emergency purpose.

The service was very poor there was no water bottle or towels, no clean bedsheets. Also when called for service no one attended the request had to go down and remind the staff

Room was spacious and good . But basic amenities like water and toiletries was mot available in the room, no proper front dest connectivity. Over all good room if they provide amenities and service.
